Does Paulson Electric take residential projects?
While we do some multi-family residential projects, Paulson Electric is mainly focused on commercial and industrial work in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois, although we have traveled farther for special projects. We work most frequently in commercial, education, government, healthcare and industrial spaces.
Does Paulson only do electrical construction?
No, Paulson Electric has evolved over nearly 100 years to offer a range of building and electrical services to our customers. That included the launch of sister company SiteGen Solar to provide commercial solar services, and PEC Communications, which specializes in low-voltage and life safety installations.
Where is Paulson Electric based?
Our main electrical contracting company was founded in Cedar Rapids, and opened offices in Waterloo and Dubuque in the 1970s. Every customer has access to all of our resources and expertise in each office, multiplying our capabilities.
