Paulson Electric/PEC Communications Names Safety Director; Announces .79 EMR

Dubuque, IA--Paulson Electric and PEC Communications named Mike Astgen company Safety Director. Astgen joins Paulson Electric and PEC Communications from Eagle Window and Door where he served seven years as Safety and Environmental Director. He has over ten years safety experience and an additional four years of quality control.

"We are excited to have Mike on our team to continue improving our industry-leading safety record," said Ethan Domke, Paulson Electric vice president. "Mike's experience with safety in industrial settings complements our expertise in industrial construction and controls and is a great addition to our team."

Paulson Electric also announced today its 2012 EMR is .79, a seven-point improvement over 2011's .86. The average EMR is 1.0.
