Transform Your Utility Bill Into a Competitive Advantage with Commercial Solar
We use our extensive experience designing and constructing commercial and industrial electrical systems to deliver solar projects that maximize your return on investment.
Alongside our sister company, SiteGen Solar, we specialize in delivering turn-key solar projects for commercial and industrial customers looking to lower operating expenses, lock in electricity prices, and earn a great return on investment. Building owners and managers rely on our detailed knowledge of electrical systems, extensive solar experience, and in-house safety director to maximize their solar project’s return on investment.
We start with a free financial analysis of 12 months of electricity bills, then move to a site assessment and custom solar and electrical design. Our team handles the permitting and regulatory process, leads construction, and provides commissioning and owner training when the solar project is complete.
We also design and construct small utility-scale solar projects. Utilities and solar developers appreciate our solar and complex electrical distribution experience. We bring:
- experience managing $10+ million projects
- established relationships with key subcontractor trades
- a track record of delivering complex commercial solar projects on time and on budget.
Planned maintenance is a key factor in maximizing the production of your solar project. We provide monitoring services and regular inspections to avoid downtime that lowers your solar production and return on investment. Our electricians are also available on short notice to troubleshoot and repair problems with your commercial solar project.
Looking for a new revenue stream?
We know contractors and builders are always looking for additional revenue streams. We partner with contractors of all trades, including civil, mechanical, and roofing, to provide the technical expertise for them to offer solar solutions to their customers.
Contractors maintain their customer relationships and construct projects using our financial analysis tools, custom solar and electrical design, and purchasing expertise. We manage the regulatory process, support the contractor through construction, and provide commissioning and training when the solar project is complete.

How do I know if solar is right for my business?
Analyzing your electricity bills is the first step to determine the amount of operational savings you’ll achieve from commercial solar. Our software looks at how much electricity your business uses and what it costs, as well as your available space for solar. The complimentary analysis will provide you with annual electricity savings and return on investment from going solar. Contact us to get started!
What is the lifespan of my solar project?
Commercial solar projects’ lifespans are typically set at 25 years for the purposes of calculating financial returns. This matches most solar panel manufacturers’ warranties. The actual lifetime of your solar project is likely to exceed 25 years. Solar is relatively low maintenance with no moving parts or mechanical components. Our projection of your financial return from a solar project will include a maintenance contingency and replacement of equipment when it reaches the end of its manufacturer’s warranty.
Will solar power my business when the power grid fails?
Stand-alone solar projects do not provide backup power when there is a disruption to your main electrical source. Regulations require rapid shutdown of the solar panels when the grid goes down to protect utility workers and others working on electrical lines. Solar projects can be coupled with battery storage to provide emergency backup power, as well as traditional fuel generators. Reach out to us to discuss a solar + backup power project that fits your needs!
